February Giveaway!

The time has come!

That's right friends, it's our second giveaway in our Year of Giveaways!

So, what are we offering?

Well, here is a little trivia question.

What is the difference between a Bride and woman in a beautiful gown?

Give up?

If you guessed "The Veil" then you are right!

We are giving away this beautiful Diamond White veil.
If you didn't know what Diamond White is, it's a very very light ivory and it can typically be worn with almost any white or ivory gown.

This veil is one of our most popular veils.
Brides love it because of it's beautiful beaded lace trim.

And because it compliments Bridal Gowns beautifully by being simple and elegant.

With its simple comb, it can be placed anywhere in the hair
and be coupled with your favorite headpiece.

This veil normally retails for $175, but can be yours for free!

All you have to do is enter below and, in our comments, answer the question that it
gives you.

Don't worry if you have entered your answer in the comment section and it doesn't immediately
show up,
it takes a few hours for them to appear.

The Giveaway ends Monday March 2nd.

Good luck!

Timeless Trendsetter

We know that on your wedding day you want to feel beautiful.
We want to help you focus on the details to keep your look modern and sophisticated. Playing with trends can be fun, but it is wise to consider how you want to feel when you look back at one of the most memorable days in your life. We want you to proudly display your wedding photos for years to come and avoid the excuse of "it was so in style".

Here are a few ideas to keep your look fashion forward and forever classic.

A modern bride should be focused on enhancing her style by adding accessories that play off her personality.Your bridal hair is important to your overall look and the right accessories can definitely make a statement.Your hair is also the perfect canvas to incorporate your "something old". Consider cutting a piece of lace from your mother's wedding dress to be worn in the hair, or redesigning your grandmother's veil to feel modern and fresh.

Your dress will of course be one of the focal points of your wedding day. By working with a knowledgeable bridal consultant, they can help you find the dress that fits your personality and introduce accessories that will create a look that is uniquely you.

Our bride Amanda fell in love with a vintage cut lace gown. The ivory lace pops off the oyster satin underlay. Matched perfectly with a modern sweetheart neckline and dramatic accessories, Amanda's look is glamorous but still very bridal.

Another great way to set your bridal look apart is to subtly add current trends to an overall classic gown. Our bride Andrea chose a lace gown with soft, wispy feathers set in the skirt. By keeping a monochromatic ivory color palette in her bouquet, her look feels chic and sophisticated.

If you have fallen in love with a dress inspired from a specific era, your photography will play a key role in keeping your wedding look fresh. We love this Sarah Seven tea length dress in this ultra modern setting.

Or, if you have ventured into true fashionista territory, you  can balance the fashion trend by capturing photos in a gorgeous classic setting.

The shoe is a very important piece in your bridal look. It is smart to be comfortable, it is also smart to be stylish! Our bride Katelin Jane chose a lovely pair of poppy red Valentino heels to wear on her wedding day. The fun vibrant color paired with the classic bow will be a style her grandchildren will admire.

Our bride Emily wore a modern metallic gold heel with her vintage inspired lace gown. A perfect reflection of her sense of style amplified on her wedding day.

All in all, your wedding day look should make you feel nothing less than spectacular. If you are searching for your gown or still need help accessorizing the look, our bridal consultants are here to help!

Emmy- Wedding

We promised you the wedding of our lovely bride Emmy back in June.
The couple were married in the White Memorial Chapel, a perfect location for their vintage inspired wedding. This couple is fashion forward while maintaining a timeless elegance. Emmy wore a full lace Robert Bullock gown. The classic boat neck, three quarter sleeve and plunging back offer modern details on this timeless dress. Emmy's groom wore a maroon suit!

This couples trend setting style carried over to their reception at The Rose Establishment.

We love the gold accents reflected on the cake, the flat wear, even Emmy's shoes!

The intimate setting was accompanied by live music; perfect timing to share a first dance!

The newlyweds rode off into the night on the groom's motorcycle.
The veil on the helmet; we knew we could count on Emmy to have fun with her bridal style!

Liz

The biggest smile came across my face when I received the pictures from Liz's wedding. She looked breath taking in her lace Pronovias gown, custom lace bolero, and custom veil; provided by The Brides' Shop's phenomenal tailors. The photography is stunning and captured the dress beautifully.

"Liz fell in love with this dress. The bolero and veil turned out amazing, and exactly how Liz had envisioned! We loved what the bolero added. Thanks for all your help, her dress really was the focal point of the whole wedding, which is the way she wanted it!" - Nan Hassler

Congratulations Liz! Your husband is one lucky guy to have such a beautiful bride to call his wife.
