Natalie: The Reception

We promised to share our lovely bride Natalie's reception with you. Her venetian lace Justin Alexander gown awed all of her guests at the wedding and it was such a great fit, thanks to her custom alterations,
she was able to wear the gown for dinner and dancing at her reception.
The couple left their outdoor nuptials in a gorgeous vintage truck and arrived to the reception in a vintage speed boat. These newlyweds definitely know how to travel in style.

The couple held their reception at a lakeside cabin. Beautiful decor and a delicious dinner awaited all the guests. After a champagne toast, the night was left for laughter and dancing.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful day with us! We wish you all the best!

Ready to Feel Inspired?

When we said we were excited for what we had in store for you this year, we weren't kidding around!
This stunning wedding inspiration was featured in a spread in the latest issue of Utah Bride & Groom. This lovely shoot was designed by Melissa Nickle of Blossom Sweet, gorgeous photography taken by Alixann Loosle. I'm sure you have heard these names before, as they are some of our favorite wedding professionals. Our little shop provided a romantic tulle and satin Sarah Seven gown, accessorized with a delicate crystal belt, pearl flower bracelet, and a crystal/pearl hair piece.

Natalie: The Wedding

First came the ring..

Then the dress..

Then five doting bridesmaids..

and a sign to lead the way.

All leading up to that one big moment..
Here comes the bride.

Our gorgeous bride Natalie, wowed her soon to be groom in a Justin Alexander venetian lace gown.
Our in house alterations team customized Natalie's dress to be strapless and fit her perfectly.
We wish we could take credit for the other beautiful details in Natalie's wedding, but this sweet bride knows her personal style so well; it shows consistently through these gorgeous photos.

Natalie took advantage of a new tradition that allows the bride and groom time together before the wedding ceremony and reception to be with one another and appreciate the moment.
The "first look" is also a wonderful time to take photographs while not feeling hurried.

The couple's wedding ceremony required no back drop and minimal decorations, as the surrounding scenery was breathtaking! In such an intimate setting, you can truly see the personality and love this newly married couple has for one another.

Congratulations you two! Your wedding was beautiful!
We look forward to your reception feature in the coming weeks.

"I want to thank you for your help with my dress, finding it, altering it to my request, everything, it was seamless, and was such an exciting process. I received so many compliments on the dress and was happy to refer them to The Brides Shop:)"- Natalie
